Pigeon Forge's Newest Attraction ~ The Sweet Spot
There’s always something new and exciting popping up in Pigeon Forge, and The Sweet Spot is sure to be a favorite. This interactive entertainment attraction is scheduled to open in Spring 2026.
The new venue is designed as an “indoor playground” that moves away from traditional theater seating to focus on active, hands-on fun.
Two key features will be the sports simulators and interactive mini golf. The sports simulators will feature professional-grade simulators, including PGA Golf and HitTrax Baseball suites, and the interactive mini golf will be a high-tech that puts experience with self-scoring technology. They are famous for the sweet treats but specifically their specialty Chimney Cake Ice Cream Cones which are baked fresh with cinnamon bread.
There will also be various other desserts and ice cream for all to enjoy.
The Sweet Spot is conveniently located at 2141 Parkway (the former Memories Theater building) which is next to Rowdy Bear’s Smoky Mountain Snowpark. Its central location makes it a great indoor backup for rainy days or as a break from visiting other nearby attractions.

Dollywood's Flower & Food Festival
The Dollywood Flower & Food Festival is scheduled to run from April 18 through June 7, 2026. This annual springtime event celebrates the season with over half a million blooming flowers, larger-than-life plant sculptures (mosaicultures), and a specialized seasonal menu.
The festival highlights include the mosaicultures, umbrella sky, specialized entertainment and guided tours.
• The mosaicultures are iconic floral sculptures that include the signature “Coat of Many Colors” (depicting Dolly’s mother), a majestic peacock, playful bears, and a “busy beekeeper”. • The Umbrella Sky displays hundreds of vibrant umbrellas that are suspended above Showstreet which creates a popular rainbow walkway.
• Specialized Entertainment includes the “Bloom!” street performers, musicians, and various indoor/outdoor shows.
• Guided Tours are also a favorite. A 1.5 hour Flower and Food Festival Tour is available daily, offering a guided walk through the mosaicultures and select culinary tastings.
Don’t forget to purchase a Flower & Food Tasting Pass which allows you to sample up to five festival exclusive dishes. A few favorites are Grilled Steak Flatbread found at Market Square Big Skillet, Braised Beef Ragu Nachos found at Seasonal Culinary Booth, Wild Berry Cream Cheese Funnel Cake found at Crossroads Funnel Cake and Blueberry Pie Milkshake found at Showstreet Ice Cream.
Dollywood is open from 10am until 8pm on weekdays with extended hours until 11pm on Fridays and Saturdays during peak times. It is recommended to purchase your tickets in advance during this popular seasonal event.
